The address to the Table Rock Wesleyan Camp is 125 Bethany Cove Drive, Pickens, SC 29671. If you put Table Rock Wesleyan Camp and Retreat Center as the location in Google Maps, it will take you straight to it. Once you turn off Hwy 11, the Tabor building, where we will be having our picnic, will be on your left. There will be a parking lot in front of it, and you should see others gathering around on the backside of the Taber building.

We are so thankful for the many people who serve in ministry week in and week out. Each one of us is impacted in some way by someone who is serving.
As PVWC continues to experience growth, we need to grow our ministry teams so we can continue to adequately serve one another. To do that, we need you! If you aren’t currently serving in an area of ministry, please prayerfully consider where you can serve within our church family. If you are already serving, but want to consider a different area, or adding an area, we’d love to know that too!

Life After Loss Support Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. It is a 6-week course that continually cycles over and over, so you can join at any time. New folks have been joining us – how about you? Grief is a difficult journey. It is helpful to have the support of others and information to better understand what you are experiencing.

Prayer Gathering happens on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 9 AM in Room 201. All are welcome! Please enter through the glass door that is to the right of the church building, behind the carport.

BYF (Best Year’s Fellowship) is such a great way to fellowship with your fellow 55+ PVWC family members! For those beautiful people who are 55 years and up, plan to join us at Strawberry Hill USA Cafe in Chesnee, SC, on October 16th! It’s about an hour from Pickens, so let us take you on our bus to help you save on gas!

Live Nativity is 78 days away! We appreciate all the heart that everyone puts into this event each year! Please mark your calendars for December 19th – 21st and plan to be available to serve! Did you know that SWU has a hidden gem within the Fine Arts Department! The talent within the student body, alumni, and community seems to always amaze me! You can never go wrong attending one of their many concerts and productions throughout the year!
JUKEBOX JUNCTION is this weekend!
On October 3rd and 4th, @ 7 PM is Showstopper Spectacular. This year’s theme, Jukebox Junction, will feature singing and dancing numbers from the 1950s and 1960s. Plan to come and bring a friend! Every Sunday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM, we offer a handful of wonderful Bible studies for you to get plugged into. If you haven’t been joining us during our Discipleship Hour or you are looking for a Bible Study on Sunday mornings, we have something for everyone! September 21st was our Membership Reception Service. We are excited to share that we had 7 new members join our PVWC family!

Sweet Jimmie went home to be with the Lord on September 12th. We will miss him, but celebrate that he is now made whole in the presence of Jesus! If you would like to see his funeral service, click here.
